by HOME of Texas. http://www.homeoftexas.com/
The HOME of Texas Limited Warranty includes a One Year Coverage,
A Two Year Coverage, and a Ten Year Coverage and meets or exceeds state
mandated requirements. Builders who offer the HOME of Texas Limited Warranty
meet or exceed standards for financial management, quality construction,
customer satisfaction, and professional integrity.
You Can Buy With Confidence from a HOME of Texas Builder because:
- The Warranty Coverage is
transferable to subsequent owners as added value if you sell your home.
- Builders must pass
additional home inspection requirements.
- Builders must undergo an
annual financial and professional review in order to continue to
participate with HOME of Texas.
- HOME of Texas stands behind
the Builder if they can not meet the warranty obligations.
- Builders must follow
specified construction codes.
- HOME
of Texas protects your new home with a written warranty which meets or exceeds
state mandated requirements of the Texas Residential
Construction Commission.
