1. Select the Eaglewood home that fits your needs and budget.

2. Then pick the perfect lot for your new home from one of our Greater Austin Texas area communities or your lot.

3. Put down your earnest money.

4. Apply for your home loan through one of our preferred lenders.  There are several loan programs available for the First Time Home Buyer including 100% financing.

5. Attend a pre-construction meeting to pick your options (varies by subdivision):

  • Brick
  • Exterior trim color
  • Flooring (carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile)
  • Cabinet colors
  • Kitchen countertop
  • Kitchen ceramic tile backsplash

6. Building your home with lots of Kodak moments.

7. Construction is finished.

8. Complete a walk-through home orientation.

9.  Close the loan on your brand new home.

10. Pick up your keys and move into your new dream home!
