Positions Currently Available:  On Site Sales Representative

Department:

Sales:  A Real Estate License is not required for New Home Sales.  A minimum of one year sales experience of some type is required.  Must work week ends.  With a sales background and in house training in New Home Sales, the sales person will be expected to utilize the proven sales tract: "Meet, Greet, Qualify, Demonstrate, Site, Close".  Additionally the sales person is expected to follow up on leads, sales, loan processing status, home construction progress, maintain files properly, monitor models and specs, and above all be professional and ethical in conducting business.

Construction:  High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Construction Superintendent Trainee and Intern positions do not require construction experience.  Construction positions require management of company resources to build and complete homes in a timely and cost effective manner.  Construction is also responsible to insure warranty is finished timely and to keep sales and office personnel apprised of home status.

Purchasing Agent  High School Diploma or equivalent required.  A minimum of one year experience preferred.  Position requires the ability to read blueprints, do take offs, obtain bids, maintain budgets, tract changesl, screen subcontractors, and cost analysis and control.
